With a strong foundation in yoga spanning more than 5 years, I have dedicated my life to holistic wellness. For the past 11 years, I’ve been actively working as a certified fitness and wellness trainer. My approach integrates physical fitness, mental clarity, spiritual growth, and financial stability.
